Email is the way in. AdOpsRule LLC is one person, so the address below reaches Ilya directly — there is no form to route your message through a queue and no assistant screening it.

The address is assembled in your browser rather than printed in this page's HTML, which keeps it away from address harvesters. The button opens your own mail client — nothing is submitted to this site.
What to send
A first email does not need to be long. Four things make the reply useful instead of generic, and all four are usually already sitting in a dashboard you have open.
What moved, and when
Revenue, RPM, fill, render rate — whichever number changed, with the date it changed. A screenshot of the graph is more useful than a description of the graph.
What the stack is
Ad server, wrapper, the SSPs in it, and whether video is in play. A rough list is fine; part of the work is finding out that the list is wrong.
What has already been ruled out
The things you have checked and eliminated. It stops the first call retracing ground you already covered, and it usually says more about the problem than the symptom does.
What a good outcome looks like
Recovering a specific number, surviving a migration, or getting an answer you can defend to finance. These lead to very different engagements.
What happens next
Replies normally go out within one business day. The first conversation is a scoping call, it is free, and it is not a sales call — the point of it is to work out whether the problem you are describing is one worth paying somebody to solve. Sometimes the answer is a configuration change you can ship yourself that afternoon, and when it is, you get told that.
If there is an engagement in it, you get a written scope: what gets looked at, what gets delivered, how long it takes, and what it costs. Nothing starts before that is agreed.
Before you email
If the question is a video ad request that is not filling, the GAM video analyzer will often answer it in seconds, free and without an account. The Prebid implementation assistant covers wrapper setup and troubleshooting, and the revenue strategy planner maps a goal onto an engagement shape before you write anything. Paste the tool's output into your email if it did not resolve things.
Background on who is answering is on the about page, the eight engagement types are on the services page, and what happens to anything you send a tool is in the privacy policy.
What this address is not for
Vendor pitches, guest post offers, link exchanges and SEO outreach get no reply. Neither does anything addressed to a marketing team; there is not one. Recruiters looking for a fractional Head of AdOps are in the right place, and should say which publisher and which quarter.
