These Terms and Conditions govern your use of AdOpsRule.com and all services, tools, and content provided by AdOpsRule LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), including the free GAM Video Analyzer, the Prebid Implementation Assistant, the Revenue Strategy Planner, professional consulting services, the Prebid Diagnostic Tool, and any other offerings on this website. By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

USE OF FREE TOOLS

AdOpsRule.com provides multiple free, AI-assisted diagnostic and planning tools on an as-is basis for informational and diagnostic purposes only.

GAM Video Analyzer: Paste any video GAM ad request URL to receive an instant diagnostic report. Do not submit URLs containing personal data, end-user identifiers, or proprietary targeting information that you are not authorized to share. You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with your organization's data handling policies, applicable privacy laws (including GDPR and CCPA), and your contractual obligations with platform partners including Google. We do not store or log submitted URLs beyond what is necessary to process the request. Ad request URLs may contain sensitive signals (PPID, consent strings, audience segments) — submit only data you have authority to share with a third-party diagnostic tool.

Prebid Implementation Assistant & Prebid Diagnostic Tool: Provides AI-assisted guidance for configuring and troubleshooting Prebid.js header bidding implementations. Output is advisory in nature and should be validated by a qualified engineer before deployment in a production environment. Do not submit proprietary code, API keys, or confidential configuration details.

Revenue Strategy Planner: An intake tool to help publishers and AdOps teams articulate their monetization goals and identify relevant consulting engagement areas. Information submitted through this tool may be used to inform a consulting proposal or follow-up conversation. Do not submit confidential financial data, unreleased product information, or any data subject to NDA restrictions.

PROFESSIONAL SERVICES

AdOpsRule LLC offers consulting, advisory, and fractional AdOps services. Specific scope, deliverables, fees, and confidentiality terms for professional engagements are governed by a separate Statement of Work or consulting agreement executed between the parties. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer or guarantee of outcomes.

Information provided through this website about consulting services is for general informational purposes. Past performance (e.g., revenue lift or render rate improvements at prior clients) is illustrative and not a guarantee of results for your organization.

PROHIBITED USES

You agree not to use this website or any of its tools to:

(a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) infringe upon intellectual property rights of AdOpsRule LLC or third parties; (c) submit malicious, falsified, or harmful data; (d) attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit any tool or underlying AI infrastructure; (e) harass, defame, or harm any person; (f) interfere with the security or integrity of the website or its services; or (g) use any tool in a way that violates your agreements with Google Ad Manager, Prebid.js, your SSP partners, or any other AdTech platform.

We reserve the right to terminate access for any violation of these terms.

Ad request structures, header bidding configurations, and publisher revenue strategies vary widely — all tool output should be validated by a qualified AdOps professional before acting on its findings.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AdOpsRule LLC, its members, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or its tools — including but not limited to lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from use of this website shall not exceed one dollar ($1.00) or any amounts actually paid to AdOpsRule LLC in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim, whichever is greater.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AdOpsRule LLC and its affiliates, members, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the website or any of its tools; (b) your violation of these terms; or (c) any content you submit through any tool or via contact with us.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The Prebid Diagnostic Tool uses Google's AI Studio, Google Gemini API models, and associated Google cloud services for diagnostic intelligence. Your use of this tool is subject to Google's Terms of Service, Google Generative AI Additional Terms of Service, and Google's Privacy Policy.

The GAM Video Analyzer, Prebid Implementation Assistant, and Revenue Strategy Planner all use the Anthropic Claude API for AI-powered analysis and guidance. Your use of these tools is also subject to Anthropic's usage policies.

This website may contain links to third-party sites (LinkedIn, Google, Prebid.org, etc.) — we are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.

PRIVACY

We do not sell your personal data. Contact information submitted via email or phone is used solely for the purpose of responding to your inquiry. For diagnostic submissions via the analyzer tool, we process submitted URLs to generate a report and do not retain them for marketing or profiling purposes.

This site uses Google Tag Manager to load Google Analytics for aggregate usage measurement. Google Consent Mode v2 defaults are registered before any tag runs: in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, advertising and analytics storage default to denied, so visitors from those regions are measured without cookies. Elsewhere those signals default to granted. We do not store a consent choice, and this site sets no first-party cookie of its own.

GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New York. You waive any right to a jury trial in connection with any such dispute.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
